Silencing the Noise:
Trusting the Voice Within
A space to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide or silence.
You’ve spent so much time doing what’s expected, keeping things moving, and considering everyone else that it can become hard to know what you actually want, say what you really feel, and trust yourself enough to act on it.
The voice isn’t gone. It’s still there. You just haven’t had much space to listen to it.
Program Overview
Silencing the Noise: Trusting the Voice Within is an 8-week virtual group experience for people who have spent so much time doing what they’re supposed to do, taking care of what needs to be done, and considering everyone else that they’ve lost touch with who they are outside of their roles, responsibilities, and expectations. You may know how to be successful, responsible, helpful, productive, and dependable, while having a harder time knowing what you actually think, feel, need, want, and value.
Together, we’ll create space to slow down, notice what’s happening, and make room for your own voice. Through breathwork, movement, reflection, and creative practices, you’ll explore what you’ve been holding in, express what may be difficult to put into words, and get clearer about what actually matters to you. You’ll also practice making decisions, taking small steps, and following through without needing complete certainty or someone else constantly telling you what is right for you.
The goal isn’t to stop listening to other people—it ’s to help you hear yourself, express yourself, and trust yourself enough to move forward.
The Three-Part Progression
- 1. Hear Yourself:
• What do I actually think, feel, need, want, value, and care about? Create enough space to slow down, quiet the outside noise, and get clearer about what is actually true for you.
2. Express Yourself:
• Can I acknowledge, communicate, and let myself be seen in what I think, feel, need, and want? Practice feeling, processing, communicating, and expressing what you may have been pushing aside or keeping to yourself.
3. Trust Yourself:
• Can I make the choice, take the step, follow through, and handle what happens next? Practice making decisions, taking action, and building trust in yourself—even when you don’t know exactly how everything will turn out.

Together, We’ll Explore
• Slowing down enough to hear yourself — creating space away from constant doing, outside opinions, and distractions.
• Understanding what you’re experiencing — noticing what keeps coming up and what your thoughts, feelings, emotions, body, and experiences may be communicating to you.
• Expressing what you’ve been keeping to yourself — practicing how to communicate your thoughts, feelings, needs, wants, boundaries, and perspective.
• Figuring out what actually matters to you — exploring your values, needs, desires, priorities, preferences, and what you genuinely want.
• Making decisions without constantly looking outside yourself — considering advice and other perspectives while still including your own voice.
• Building trust through action — taking small steps, following through, learning from what happens, and gathering evidence that you can trust yourself.
This Experience Is For You If
- • You’re good at doing what needs to be done and taking care of other people—but aren't always sure what you want for yourself.
• You often know what you want to say or do but stop yourself, keep it to yourself, say yes when you mean no, or worry about how someone else will respond.
• You have a lot of thoughts and feelings you haven’t really dealt with and tend to stay busy, push through, say “I’m fine,” or figure things out on your own.
• You regularly question your decisions, ask other people what they think, go back and forth, or wait for reassurance before moving forward.
• You’re ready to spend less time automatically doing what’s expected of you and more time figuring out what actually matters to you, expressing it, and making choices that reflect it.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- • Make clearer choices about your life — with a stronger understanding of what you want, need, value, and care about.
• Communicate more honestly and clearly — expressing what you think, feel, need, want, and mean, including when you need to set a boundary or say no.
• Handle difficult moments differently — with practical ways to slow down and choose how you respond instead of automatically shutting down, pushing through, avoiding, or reacting on impulse.
• Spend less time stuck in decisions — with a process for considering what matters, getting the information you need, making a choice, and taking the next step.
• Follow through on what matters to you — turning what you say is important into small, real actions and building evidence that you can listen to yourself, make choices, and act on them.

Meet Your Coach, Bri
Hey beautiful people! I'm Bri!
I’m passionate about supporting the whole person—mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, spiritslly, and more. I’m the founder of Authentic Xpressions, where I bring together my background in psychology, mental health support, wellness, education, mentoring, and creative expression. I’m also a creative who specializes in dance, movement, and artistic expression, which allows me to incorporate more than just conversation and reflection into the way I support people, including breathwork, movement, and other creative and experiential practices.
Through Authentic Xpressions, I create space for people to step outside of the pressure, roles, responsibilities, and expectations they’ve learned to carry and explore who they are beyond them. My work is about helping you hear yourself more clearly, express what is true for you, and become more of who you were designed to be—not simply who you learned you needed to be. I believe you can show up for others, honor your responsibilities, and pursue what matters to you without abandoning yourself, because you matter, too!
